Our strictly certified organic wines, Castel del Monte DOCG and DOP, or IGP Puglia, result from careful care of the vineyards, grapes raised with love and competence, and a tradition handed down from generation to generation. Our organic extra-virgin olive oil, obtained from the prized “Coratina” cultivar, is an emblem of peasant art. Our olives create a golden nectar that brings the scent of the earth and the warmth of the Corato sun. To be used raw in cooking, to enhance any dish or simply to be enjoyed with a slice of crusty bread, pinch of salt and fresh cherry tomato, where available.
Our cellar is open to guests, on reservation, on weekdays for the direct sale of our products, from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 4.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., while on holidays, we will welcome you from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. Our passionate and competent technical staff will guide you through an authentic experience, far from commercial schemes.
